Melissa Bravo, CCTP, NCC, LPC

Melissa Bravo received her B.S. in psychology from Oregon State University and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.  Currently she is in the dissertation phase of her PhD also from Capella University in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior.

Melissa is currently licensed in the State of Oregon by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and is also a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors.  She also holds a certification for being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Melissa uses techniques from all models of therapy as she believes that no one person responds to the same technique.  Melissa has been counseling for many years and started with children and adolescents and the developmentally disabled population but has found her passion within the adolescent and young adult population.  Over the years she found treating those who have experienced trauma (PTSD) in their lives was something close to her heart but does treat all other disorders as well.
